Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at feeeeeeeeeeefe@gmail.com to request a cancellation. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. For orders placed through our website, cancellations, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, applicable regulations, and any other rights available to consumers under Israeli law.

To request a cancellation or return, please email us at feeeeeeeeeeefe@gmail.com. Where applicable, you may notify us of your wish to cancel within 14 days in accordance with Israeli law. If you have received the product, you will be required to return it to us, and we will provide return instructions.

Unless the cancellation is due to a defect, a mismatch between the product and the information provided, or a failure to supply the product on time, the customer is responsible for returning the product. Where permitted by law, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower.

Use of a product does not automatically remove a statutory right to cancel. However, if a product is returned damaged or its value has been materially reduced as a result of the customer’s use or handling, fefe reserves any rights available to it under applicable law.

Where a refund is due, we will process it within the timeframe required by applicable law. Refunds for payments made through our online store will be issued through Shopify to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your card issuer, bank, or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

If a product is defective, does not match the details provided, or was not supplied within the agreed timeframe, please contact us and we will handle the return and refund in accordance with applicable law.

Alternatively, where agreed, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
